I have worked in the university of sharjah for the past five years where I provided clinical tutoring in the undergraduate clinics and labs as a mentor for BDS 3 , BDS 4 , and BDS 5 in addition to working in the Urgent care and intern's clinic .
I was given the task to coordinate and lead the mobile dental clinic where I focused on patient's centered care and provided many social and public health initiatives to a variety of patients while focusing on special needs patients , school children , and elderly ,
During my work with interns and students I focused on :
- Cultivating strong partnerships with local healthcare facilities, enabling students to gain valuable hands-on experience during clinical rotations.
- Conducting demonstrations for students to improve their documentation skills, enhancing accuracy in patient records management.
- Boosting student confidence in their abilities by offering continuous support and encouragement throughout the learning process.
- Mentored students during clinical rotations, guiding them in making informed decisions regarding patient care and improved student understanding of medical procedures by demonstrating techniques and offering constructive feedback.
- Evaluated student progress regularly, providing tailored feedback to promote growth and development in their chosen field.
