Fully responsible for Preparing, monitoring, execution and planning and Managing the erection sequence of the electrical construction work package and the constructability study for the following on-site activities:

• Three main step up unit transformers 250/334/417 MVA
• Three main step up unit transformers 250/334/417 MVA
• 22 service transformers
• SFC, Excitation, power control center and neutral grounding resistor
• Medium and low voltage switch gears

• Main tank horizontal jacking
• All accessories installation: radiators, conservator, piping, fans, instruments,..etc
• Electrical control panels erection and cable termination.
• Vacuuming and oil filling
• Pressure test by applying dry air
• Responsible for main and secondary earth grid.
• Responsible for cable main and secondary raceway, cable pulling with different sizes(control, L.V and M.V ), cable termination.
• Responsible for MEP works including HVAC ducts installation and insulation, lighting and small power work CCTV, data and telephone systems , public address.
• Installation of lighting fixtures, power sockets, gang switches and lighting poles.
• Installation of HVAC ducts, diffusers, insulation and dampers.
• Installation of data outlets and racks.
• Installation of instruments like temperature, pressure gauges,flow meters and level sensors.
• Instruments calibration and preparing required hook-up.
• Perform and witness tests and inspections at site according to procedure.
• Co-ordinate with team members, customer, consultant during construction, closing and handover phase.
• Review Vendor's submittals for electrical packages such as quality dossier, site test procedures, technical specifications, erection procedures and GAD and work quality up to preset standards.

BENI SUEF Combined Cycle Power Plant 4800 MW ( BENI SUEF-Egypt)

Main Contractors (SIEMENS - ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC PSP)

Fully responsible for managing and supervising the following:

• Installation of two Units power and auxiliary transformers including tank placing, accessories installation, vacuuming and oil filling.
• Installation of all different electrical systems like main and secondary grounding, cable raceway ,cable termination.
• Study scope of work and prepare MSRA according to safety standards.
• Erection of instruments, level transmitters , pressure gauges and flow transmitters.
• Coordinate with planning team for development and analysis of work lists, specification of materials, identification of manpower and equipment requirements
• Responsible for MEP works including HVAC ducts installation and insulation, lighting and small power work, CCTV, data and telephone systems , public address.
• Supervise and coordinate installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting and modification activities of electrical stationary equipment in plant to ensure safe and efficient services.
• Safe, reliable, cost-effective operation and maintenance.
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate the plant problems/failures, review related information to develop,evaluate options & implement solution.
• Ensure availability of spares, coordinate and follow up new materials order.
• Owner punch points closing.
• Inspected completed installations to observe operations and verify conformance to design and equipment specifications.
• Evaluated power needs for various systems.
• Analyzed and documented test results to comply with industry standards.

Electrical Subcontractor ( ELSEWDY ESP)

Responsibilities in the project is to manage and supervise the following:

• Initiate purchasing orders for required material and tools.
• Communicate effectively with procurement team until material delivery.
• Control material quantities according to project aspects.
• Supervision of cable pulling and cable raceway activities.
• Ensuring quality and quantity of materials according to project specs.
• Coordinate with other department (planning, cost, quality, material and procurement) to insure proper execution of work according to standards.
• Led training sessions for staff members on proper use of equipment or software tools related to electrical engineering projects.
