Project Content: As the PMO of the project, complete the personnel arrangement according to the go-live timeline of overseas countries, deeply participate in the project with HR modules, finance, tax, law and business team, sort out and optimize the HR process and system on site; complete the entity construction and personnel merger from the aspects of new construction of overseas entities, employment qualification application, communication and document preparation for the data compliant transmission.
Project Achievements: The first batch of countries has been completed, and the second and third batch of countries are in progress.
Kenya Talent Embarkment Project, PM
September 2021 - December 2021
Project Content: In cooperation with experts of the organization, output the duty positioning and duty relationship matrix of Kenya and lower-level departments, sort out the duties of each department, initially summarize and form the main policies, guidance documents and operation guidelines for the implementation plan of the Talent Embankment, job setup, salary management, talent management and other appropriate representation, complete the Talent Embankment position book and Talent Embankment on-line issuance of the document, and complete the archiving of the project.
Project Achievements: Completed the Kenya Talent Embarkment project, identified XX professional positions, with 40% of professional personnel, and ensured stable business growth through the stability of the professional team.
Kenya HR Shared Service Centre Construction Project, PM
September 2019 - November 2019
Project Content: Working closely with Kenya HR, administration, IT and finance to prepare for the construction, leading the HR business process streamlining, business process solution design, local Kenyan organizations and capacity building, all milestones reached.
Project Achievements: Completion of the second HRSSC center in Africa after South Africa; effective integration of employee-oriented services (HR services, visa, dormitory, assets, financial reimbursement, administrative services, etc.) in Kenya, truly achieving "one-stop service"; to make the deepening of the coverage rate of remote services in Kenya on par with that in Europe.
HR Operation Migration Project, Project Member
June 2017 - December 2017
Project Content: As a member of the project team, complete the business deepening scope combing for job-matching in South Pacific, Central Asia and Russia regions; push regional business briefings on a regular basis, and report on business operations at regional HRST on a regular basis.
Project Achievements: Complete manpower budget migration, increase mature business coverage by 25%, reduce HRBP operational work, lay the foundation for HRSSC subsequent operation, present HRSSC value, and enhance HRSSC service brand image.
