- Support capability build up events on job cards / tooling
- Support projects
- Develop processes, forms and procedures for publishing local job cards
- Developing and improving inspection reports for existing or new products
- Support internal and external audits
- Identify possible contractor/subcontractor for repair tasks
- Define work scopes / order for contracting / subcontracting maintenance tasks and ensure that required work scope has been performed
- Support Finance, Materials, Assets & procurement departments in all aspects
- Material planning & procurement.
- Preparation, customization and revision of work documents for production.
- Ensure EASA part 145 compliance in job cards.
- Interpret customer & OEM technical documentation.
- Create, handle, update and revise job cards databases up to latest revisions and in accordance with agreed standards.
- Evaluate work package, define required access, ensure the completeness of job cards and implementation of all customer / quality requirements.
- Continuously work on improving the quality of the job cards.
- Support best practices and continuous improvements in the area of job cards.
